Position Type: Part-Time 3 days (occasional 4th day)

Are you a passionate and experienced CNA or Nurse looking for an opportunity to use your skills to enhance the performance of others? Join our growing in-home care agency as an Orientation and Training Coordinator and play a vital role in onboarding and training the caregivers who make a difference in our clients' lives every day.

Full training on our company onboarding and orientation process provided 


The Role:
·         Review and confirm the completion of onboarding documents, ensuring all required documentation and signatures are in place
·         Verify caregiver identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
·         Ensure background checks are completed and caregivers are registered with the appropriate registry
·         Lead new hires through the company orientation process (full training provided)
·        Conduct skills and dementia training following our program (full training provided), ensuring caregivers are competent and confident before beginning client assignments

·        Starting Pay: $20/hour, increasing to $23/hour upon successful completion of initial training period

Qualifications:
·         Active CNA license or Nursing license (Required)
·        Minimum 2 years of experience as a caregiver (Required)
·        Confidence speaking to groups
·         Proficiency with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit-to-stand devices, and other adaptive equipment (Required)
·        Strong knowledge and practical experience in in-home care procedures
·        Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Required)
·        Availability to work 3 days a week, with flexibility for a 4th day as needed (there is some room for flexibility)
